POLICIES

Lonesome Dove Cottages is the ideal place to begin your Texas Hill Country vacation! Our quaint collection of cottages offers a serene setting in the Texas Hill Country and we want you to leave us relaxed and re-charged. So, we have created the following policies: 

•Check-in is after 3:00 P.M.
•Check-out is 12:00 P.M.
•The deposit (50% of the total room charges) is charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made.
•Your deposit is refundable less $25.00 if a cancellation is received no later than forty-eight hours prior to arrival. Otherwise, one-nights stay may be charged. 
•All rates are subject to state (6%) and local (4%) tax.
•We cannot accommodate guests’ pets.
•A two night minimum is required
•Each cottage has a maximum number of guests. If the number of guests exceeds the maximum amount we reserve the right to charge one night's stay and ask you to vacate the premises immediately.
•For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow smoking or candle burning in any of our cottages.
•There is a burn ban in Comal County, which means that the use of the fire pit is prohibited at this time.
